netsurfer™ was born out of the growing demand by the mass market for affordable internet enabled devices. The netsurfer brand consists of netbooks and tablet computers. The brand launched in 2010 with a 7 inch, Windows CE, 3G compatible netbook which was sold exclusively through the Pep Cell chain of stores in South Africa. Current products within the brand include the netsurfer™ X7s, a 10 inch Windows 7 netbook with a 320GB hard drive and 1GB of memory and the netsurfer™ TOUCH, a 7 inch capacitive screen tablet, running Android 2.2 and sporting a dual core Arm Cortex A8 processor and embedded 3G.
